![]() ![]() I had a somewhat bewildering experience at this hotel. The owner wants everyone to leave the hotel Happy and will do whatever it takes to make that happen. ![]() ![]() If a guest actually has a problem and tells a manager we solve the problem. We are in the Top 15 hotels in San Jose out of 85 hotels because we provide good Service and take care of out guests. He and the entire staff doesn't think its fair for anyone to make stuff up and the hotel can't respond. This guest was asking other guests sitting in the lobby where they might be able to buy certain things that are against the law and the security asked them to stop ! I was told there were many many problems with this guest and the General Manager of the hotel asked me to respond. Asked for a late check out and the reception manager said "no problem". This client was given a special discount on his room. I spoke to the General Manager and everyone that was in contact with this guest. It's really not right that a guest is allowed to write a review that is not true unless we are allowed to respond to it. Well, I hope Tripadvisor allows this answer to be printed. ![]()
